New Orleans

New Orleans, I though I was going to visit the city and shoot photos like crazy, I thought I was going to end up with an awesome collection of photos because is New Orleans, there will be so much to shoot!!! Well, the truth is that I did shoot some photos the day I arrived but the rest of the days I had to make a decision, either I shoot or enjoy the show. Burbon street is an overload of happiness and sadness, drunk people, bad smells, sex, music, architecture, history and a lot of smiles. So, I decided to try to understand what the hell was going on here and put the camera back in its bag at the hotel. Just like that I got a beer and walked around from bar to bar like everyone does and had a good time. Ultimately I think that by chance I was able to shoot in my first two hours there at least one photo that represents some of the most iconic turist elements of New Orleans. Music, Sex, Food, Architecture and History.

Enjoy and comment!!

Fenway, again…..

Boston is crazy for sports and I dont really like sports that much. So, when my friends come to visit they always ask “what do you mean you never go to fenway?”. Well I dont care much for baseball because is THE most boring game (notice I dont call it sport) on the planet. On top of that the game is suspended for rain and as a consequence they also suspended the “refreshments”. FAIL for Fenway.

Anyways I shot a few pics and here they, are enjoy and comment.

From Culiacán to Mazatlán

Last month my family and I went to Culiacán our home town in México. This is just a small collection of photos that I took while driving form Culiacán to Mazatlán on our last day in México. Every time we go back there I always get amazed about the intensity of the light, after living in New England for 7 years I have gotten used to the low angles of the sun and cloudy days, so when I go to Culiacán or Mazatlán (which are divided by the tropic of cancer) I really enjoy the amount of light and the flat landscapes. well here it is, enjoy, share and comment!!
