It stinks, there are hookers right next to families of tourists and in general just crazy people everywhere. If you want to suffer like that with a bit more dignity just go to NYC city. Anyway, We did go out of the casino one day and it was the best day, I have only enjoyed fresh air like this once, when I was hooked to an oxygen machine at the hospital right out of surgery. That is how good it felt.
